Haal Energy, Inc. (“haal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Delaware C Corporation. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our website located at haalenergy.com(the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

6.2 California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

6.3 Residents of other U.S. states

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy legislation may have similar rights under their respective state laws, including the right to access, delete, and correct personal information, as well as the right to opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, and profiling. We do not engage in the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling as defined under these laws. To exercise your rights, please contact us using the information in Section 11.

7. Do Not Track signals

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals to websites. Because there is no commonly accepted standard for how to interpret DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. However, as stated in Section 1.3, we do not use cookies or third-party tracking technologies.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information as promptly as possible. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact us using the information in Section 11.

9. International users
